Everyone wants baby skin! If you're one of them, try the tips below. It would definitely create a drastic change for your skin!

It's not enough to get a facial to keep our skin clear and beautiful. So we need to have a great home skin-care routine.

Here are the my everyday habits which I need to keep my skin beautiful & healthy always ~ =D

1. Fruits!!!
Eat a lots of fruits, vegetables & leafy green! Good nutrition is the basic building block of healthy skin! Eat at least a fruit a day! Consuming extra vitamin C in fruit like oranges & grapefruits. Well, kiwi & tomato are my favorite choice! :)
In case you get tired of eating all that fruit, hot peppers, bell peppers and sprouts also have good amounts of vitamin C.

2. Drink a plenty of water everyday. ( I fill a water bottle to remind myself.)

3. Cut out skin-damaging habits like smoking, excessive drinking & excessive sun exposure!

4. Give yourself a home facial as often as once a week. When it comes to makeup, less is more. You don't need too much. :)

5. Throw away the soap and use quality products that are right for your skin type.

6. If you can't afford all the skin care products right away, ask the aesthetician or get some advice from friends around you which are most important for you to start. Invest in additional products as you can.

Last but not least, wear sunscreen!
In my life, is always about sunscreen even though I don't really like greasy feeling on my skin until I found my favorite sunscreen! Obagi Nu-Derm Sun Shield SPF50.

Apply sunscreen on your face, neck & decollete everyday even on cloudy days in winter. Use a good quality, high SPF, full spectrum sunscreen. Without any doubt, I bet you guys would definitely love Obagi Nu-Derm Sun Shield SPF50! =D

习惯

相信在大家的人生中 ～ 有过荣誉、有过挫折，但有更多的、是内心那种倔强的坚持。=)

俗话说，重复是学习之母。很多人的工作，十年如一日。很多人每天做着同样的、看似简单的生产工作。有时候难免会有枯燥厌烦的情绪。不可否认，我也曾经产生过这样的不良情绪。每至此时，我总会用自己很喜欢的那句话来鞭策自我：细节决定成败，态度决定人生。正是日复一日的工作，让我更加深切的领悟了这句话的涵义 ~ =)

注意细节其实是一种功夫， 这种功夫是靠日积月累培养出来的。谈到日积月累，就不能不涉及--习惯。因为人的行为的95%都是受习惯影响。在习惯种累积功夫 培养素质。爱因斯坦曾说过这样的一句有意思的话：''如果人们已经忘记了他们在学校说学的一切，那么所留下的就是教育'' 也就是说，忘不掉的是真正素质。而习惯是忘不掉的最重要的素质之一 =)

曾经从杂志上读到这样一句话：一棵树只有长到它想长的高度时，才知道怎样的空气适合它。而在此之前，它需要得是努力、认真、坚持而执着的成长。我很庆幸，自己一路坚持了下来，并且还将一直坚持。我深信：良好积极地人生态度会将我引导到一个更高的方向。因为无数的例子表明，积极的思维会改变一个人的思想，进而改变他的行动，最终改善他的生活。=)

最后我想用一首诗 来和大家 共勉之：

Life is simple. Our life is made up of only two kinds of things : positive things & negative things.

In each area of our's life ~ whether is health, money, relationships, work, or happiness is either positive or negative to you =)

If we parrot negative things and squawk about the things we don't love, we're literally jailing ourself, like a parrot in a cage. Every time we talk about what we don't love, we're actually adding another bar to the cage and locking ourself away from all the good. =(

In other words, people who have great lives is because they talk more about what they love =) By doing so, they gain unlimited access to all the good in life, and they're as free as the birds that soar in the sky ~

To have a great life, break the bars of the cage that is jailing us ; give love ♥ talk only what we love, and love will set us free!

Changing the way you feel is easy compared to running around trying to change the circumstances of the outside world. Change your feeling and the outside circumstances will change! =)

Fear less, hope more; eat less, chew more; whine less, breathe more; talk less, say more; love more and all the good things will be yours ~ ♥

If you're feeling desperate, hopeless, upset, angry, emo, down, ugly, blue, grey or full w hatred or so on...... Try to start your day w not the one who is beautiful or things which seems beautiful ~ but rather go and start your whole new day w a person who makes your world beautiful ~ ^.*

The positive thinker sees the invisible ~ feels the intangible and achieves the impossible ~ So, surround yourself w positive auras =)
